Writers know the importance of creating a book cover that captures the buyer’s attention. I’m not an artist, I don’t have photoshop and I do not have the time or the patience to attempt to create a stunning book cover. And that’s what book covers have to be: stunning and eye-catching if you want to attract readers.
So what did I do for Night Sighs? (look to your right) I went searching for a cover designer and found the talented Kit Foster. At the time, Kit was looking to build his portfolio and I lucked out. He created the cover of Night Sighs for free.
Now he’s turned his book cover talent into a business and his service is both professional (and for the self-published community, most importantly) AFFORDABLE. Check out some of his designs below.
If you decide to hire him to do a cover for you, please mention that you found him through me (Emma Meade).

Thanks and good luck.
Awesome stuff! They look catchy and professional. I’ll keep him in mind if I ever self-pub anything.
Ya they look great. I love the cover for The True Tale of Snow White.
Exactly what I thought! Right on! 😉
