The lovely Debra Kristi gave me this award. Debra’s Immortal Monday post “Anne Rice’s New Orleans” is what first brought me to her blog and now I’m a frequent reader.
OK, I wasn’t too sure what a Liebster Blog Award was myself, though I took German in high school. Anyway after googling it I discovered the word ‘Liebster’ means ‘dearest’ or ‘beloved’ and is awarded to newish or up and coming blogs that are still growing. I was surprised and delighted to receive this. Woo hoo!!
Now as per the rules I get to pass it on to five other blogs that I think are great (some aren’t all that new but they’re getting this award anyway :)). So here they are, along with my reasons for choosing them. Be sure to check out their wonderful blogs.
